Daffodils carry an association with the astrological sign Aries both because of their vibrant color and because their peak blooming period generally coincides with the Aries time of year in the northern hemisphere. This photograph presents a daffodil in full bloom; the trumpet-shaped corona at its center offers a fitting symbol for Aries's fiery, forceful energy and tendency to proclaim itself and its interests out into the world. This image reminds us that Aries's self-focus becomes imbalanced unless it acknowledges other people and accepts their right to proclaim their interests and share their unique gifts.
